poor breakfast

the breakfast was a joke, absolutely limited, like I’m on a starvation diet here. The receptionist Erica needs a major attitude adjustment, clearly doesn't know her job, I expected way better! I woudl ve been happy with a little room upgrade for my troubles. Not the luxurious experience I expected, just plain disappointing.
